These are actually quite nice and the screw holes lined up almost perfectly with the ones in my boat. Will get again if needed.

Replaced four 4 inch 40W speakers on our Pontoon with these. Cut the holes to fit bigger size and they fit perfect. Was amazed at the clarity and how well these sounded. No distortion even at 100 percent volume absolutely ecstatic with the performance of these for the price! The old speakers were horrible sounding.These are connected to a Jensen Stereo.

Replaced 50w (50x2=100) clarions that were in my 1994 sea ray. Huge difference. Downside was that the existing holes were only 5" so I had to use a barrel sander to widen it out for these to fit. I thought I might have to replace the amp also but these speakers alone fixed everything.

I bought the Boss CD player that came with two speakers last year and I purchased these speakers to add in two more speakers and have two spares for when I need to replace any speakers.
