I am very satisfied with the product. Very quiet, all 4 turners work properly, good size for my working area. The only issue I have is that I am missing PVC pipes. I was shorted 2 arms. I can purchase the 2 on sellers' site but at a cost of $19 for both. I will not be purchasing since this should have been included in my order. How may I have teh 2 PVC pipe items fulfilled?

Works well for 4 cups at a time, it comes with 4 cup stands that are great, it has 4Cup inserts that come apart for different size cups. Very durable product, good value for the price, it is stable & easy to use.

Ein ganz tolles Gerät. Kommt aus Südamerika. Jeder Arm lässt sich einzeln steuern. Da ich schon ein Tassenwender oder Tumpler habe, aber diesen aus Großbritannien bekommen habe, wusste ich bereits im Vorfeld das der Stecker nicht europäischen Standard entspricht und man einen Adapter braucht. Ich hatte im Vorfeld einen Adapter gleich bestellt. Nur er passte dieses Mal nicht als der 4 fach Tumpler aus Amerika kam. Amerika hat andere Stecker wieder. Kein Problem auf Amazon kann man die Adapter bestellen. Am besten das Gerät anschauen und dann den Adapter bestellen. Ansonsten bin ich super zufrieden damit. Und ich brauche nicht mehr zu warten bis ich die erste Tasse abnehmen kann. Da können 4 Tassen drauf. Das Gehäuse ist aus Holz und ziemlich stabil gebaut. Man kann es definitiv empfehlen. Wartezeit war gut 14 Tage.2. Update: Gerät gestern in Betrieb genommen. Erst lief es super. Dann nach 2 Stunden fiel der 1. Motor aus. Die Tasse konnte ich retten indem ich sie auf mein altes Gerät setzte. Heute morgen stellte ich fest war der 2. Motor daneben fertig. Schaden war da. Die Tasse kann ich bearbeiten. Die anderen beiden Tassen drehen noch. Die kleinen Aus-und Einschalter werden auch heiß. Verkäufer habe ich jetzt sofort über Amazon Bescheid gegeben. Ich hoffe,dass ich vom Verkäufer ein neues Gerät bekomme oder mein Geld zurück bekomme. Eigentlich Schade. Das Gerät hätte mir viel Arbeit undZeit erspart. Update von der Antwort vom Verkäufer kommt noch.

I needed more tuners, but had no time to build myself extras, so I purchased this on the recommendation of others. This is absolutely perfect. Very east to set up. I love the individual switched, the ability to spin clockwise or counterclockwise. It's very quiet. The only thing that could make this better, is if it was made to use with 3/4 in pvc, instead of 1/2...the 1/2 makes it feel a little flimsy, but not bad.

Just got the Turner at the beginning of March, and one of the plastic connectors has broken rendering one of the turners unusable, and another turner makes a pretty loud noise while turning. All in all, it's okay for the price, but I need a new connector and have emailed them to hopefully get one. Edit: Seller is fixing this problem, and I'm happy with it. Thank you!

I really like that it came completely assembly. Was ready to use in less than 5 minutes utes. The only thing that gave me a bit of an issue is that the arms were hard to line up the holes and get nut &screw put through the holes to attach the wands. I will definitely be switching the attachment method to a more user friendly method. I am getting pvc pipe & couplings to switch to a screw on & off method of atta.

This is as sturdy turner . I wish to get sent a set of extra screws and bolts one of mine does not work
