Exchanging this mixer for another one did not solve the problem of USB interface with my laptop. After thorough testing this mixer will not interface even though item description claims it has USB to Computer interface capability.

I got it mainly for the USB PC connection but I couldn't get the computer to recognize it as a USB device, tried multiple computers and multiple cables, and made sure to press the button in the back. Got another similar one that worked without issues.

I got this with the intent of having an emergency backup that was easily portable I could slip in with my regular equipment. It turns out that the quality on this is good enough that it could be used as my regular mixer! Especially for smaller occasions. I haven't actually implemented that switch, but, believe me, I'm thinking about it. Four channels on a board whose face is about the size of a large calculator! USB and condenser mic phantom power? Yes, please! And all at an affordable price. What's not to like?
