Purchased this remote to replace my recliner chair remote. With some difficulty I got it Installed. Worked fine for first day. The backlight feature for the buttons stopped working on the second day. The remote buttons still work but don't know for how long. Disappointed in this product.

I was concerned about the backwards wiring comments but thankfully it didn't apply to my sofa. Only feature I lost was that my headrest would return when returning the footrest. I have to return both separately now but that's minor. I've never liked the factory one as it's inside the armrest and small buttons are very hard to use. This is a huge improvement but shouldn't be priced so high compared to other similar controllers.

The buttons worked differently than legends on them, but dad uses it to work his power lift recliner. I took "one star" off because of the buttons being backwards, but otherwise it seems operable

Changing it out was simple, buttons are all wired wrong so you don't know what it does until you push button. Not very strong feeling buttons. Don't know how long it will last. Would not buy again. I'm keeping it to forego returning problems. Should've read the reviews.

I ordered a different cord first. Then, as I looked closer I needed this cord with two plugs. It worked great.!
