Ok........really, I would rate this product a 4.25 maybe, just maybe 4.5 but would not be fair to give 5 stars so 4 stars it is. Now that we have that out of the way we can tell the good with the improvement side. First, this bike storage rack goes together easily, and one really needs no instructions as it should be self-evident. The one thing I find a bit underdone is the holding arms. They say the rack can hold 240 lbs. total and one only assumes at 4 bikes that is 60 lbs. per bike. Hmmmmmmmm????? My Trek Marlin (mtn. bike) is not 60 lbs. and it starts to put enough stress on the arms to make one wonder the claim of 60 lbs. The arms need to be beefier no doubt. When an engineer designs anything, the rating always should be 10%-15% understated. This stand and no fault of its own as it does not claim to have it, needs Velcro tie straps to secure front wheels to the frames so the handlebars do not turn. Small and miniscule cost there by the company to provide 4 of these and even if they wanted to turn a $.50 strap into an added $1 per I would gladly pay it to get them included. The other missing link that would be nice........a nice metal mesh basket that attaches to the vertical posts to place your gloves, sweat bands, and other cycling goodies of a small nature to hold. I have seen similar stands as this have them included. I bought this one however due to the design and overall rating. So, there you go, a few areas for the manufacturer to consider even if they read these reviews or they say, got yer money and don't care! Either way, this storage rack works and seems well-made for the most.

Did not meet expectations, poor quality, said it could hold 4 bikes and it won't even hold 2!! Sorry I can no longer return, waste of money!!

I put it together myself, so it's not that hard to assemble. Keeps 3 bikes off the ground and stable.

This is a great product. As advertised, while so many things really are. Great design, quality materials, simple to assemble, space efficient, stylish, moveable and strong. Absolutely love it and highly recommend.

We live in a small apartment and I thought this stand would save us some space. Unfortunately, the feet stick out very far and frankly take up more space than the actual bike width. The device is also fairly wobbly and I'm not sure I trust it if someone bumps the bike or attempts to remove one of the bikes.On the positive side, this item is easy to assemble and the hooks can be placed anywhere on the frame. I could see use for this in a garage or tool shed to hold items or appliances.

Perfect if you need to save space. It works great. It takes a couple of minutes to assemble, we use it with different bikes.
