What's the best part about carrot cake? The frosting. I make and freeze a dozen jumbo muffin size gluten free carrot cakes for my eldest so she has something to partake in during birthdays. Instead of freezing the frosting separately, I just inject it now. Tastes amazing and I can fill them as much as I want.

These are good quality stainless steel piping tips. It's great to have 3 different sizes to accommodate thin or thick fillings and the largest bore even works with fillings that contain solids like cookie crumbs or crushed nuts and doesn't get clogged. The only thing that would make them better, is if they came with a threaded collar that would make the fit more secure in the piping bag. That said I used them with the bag alone and had no leakage. They are great for filling pretty much any pastry or baked good that requires a filling no matter what shape.

These are great little icing tips set. These tips are nonmagnetic and are sturdy enough not to deform. The three sizes are convenient, and the tips appear well-made. Overall, this is a simple item that should last as long as you don’t lose them, or crush them under some very heavy weight.

I got these to round out my pastry decorating tips, and they're the perfect gauge and length to fill eclairs and other longer items (though you do have to fill them from both ends). The only thing missing from this set that would make them better is the threaded screw and nut assembly to help seal the tips tightly in the piping bags. But, since I already had these pieces with my other tips, it was nice to at least get additional piping bags in the package.

These took a while to get to me for some reason, but they are really great for filling cupcakes. They are a very substantial metal and I really like the shape of them. You can snip just a small hole in your pastry bag and then the conical part of the tip fits in your bag without it getting forced out of the bag (like would happen when I was using a regular plain conical tip without a coupler). Easy to use and nice to have a few extra pastry bags on hand too.
