This is a great tool for doing any kind of wrapping paper or paper that needs to be cut easily. It is easy to use and never seems to get dull.

Would not cut paper just gets stuck and then rips the paper

Ordered these after the Scotch ones became unavailable. They are much sturdier and very sharp. Perfect for cutting wrapping paper and even plastic.

It's able to cut single sheets of paper rather easily but isn't as good with multiple sheets or construction paper. Also, the plastic handle feels a bit weak.
