This is a really well thought out and designed set of kitchen shears. They're plenty sharp. Enough so that they come with individual sheaths. What I like best is that they come apart easily for cleaning. When using scissors with food, standard sets like the one in your knife block are difficult to clean thoroughly. These are much more hygenic. For that reason alone, there are superior to any others I own. They also have good ergonomics. Safer and easier to use. Exactly what I want in my kitchen.

I don't expect high quality or performance for a 3 pk of scissors for $10. So here's what u get and can expect:The pics were taken after I opened the package. Since these aren't an item on display in my home, I'll let the fact they arrived cosmetically damaged slide. The scratches & nicks don't affect performance.They cut most things fine; however, be prepared to strain your fingers (for those of us with arthritis and weakened strength) if u need to cut something thicker, such as the typical plastic package these came in. I bought these, mainly, bc I wanted a pair of scissors I could use to cut up a chicken (spatchcock it, to be specific), and bc they can be separated to clean/sterilize properly afterward. I was able to cut out the backbone, all be it, again, I had to bare down at certain points along the way bc they aren't sharp enough to easily cut through, whereas a higher quality, well known brand would be.Again, for most things, they work and fit my current budget. Would I buy them again? I'm not sure bc I don't use them often, so I can't speak if they were even worth $10, lol.Lastly, I did contact the seller, through Amazon, to address the issue of the scratches & dings, but they never responded.

I like that the scissors come apart for deep cleaning. Especially, in the kitchen to prevent cross- contamination of germs from raw meat (if any).

These scissors are sturdy and have a nice grip. Bought the set because our scissors always end up missing. They work as a good pair of utility scissors in the kitchen.

Heavy duty scissors. Cuts up any type of meat without a problem. 3 scissors in the pack.

These kitchen scissors are great. They are easy to clean, come a part easily and the sheath is a bonus.

We use scissors a lot in the kitchen. A lot of ours are old and gunky and gross so we threw them out. I was looking to replace them and liked that these weren't just black. The handles also looked more comfortable than my old ones. I was right about that. They are pretty comfortable to use.These also had some features that make them so much better than my old ones. First of all, you can assign the different colors to different uses. It really shouldn't matter if you wash them after exposure to raw food, but it isn't a bad habit to be into. They also have a herb stripper built in, though I haven't tried that yet. It looks like they may have a bottle opener on the blade but I also haven't tried that. Probably the best feature is that they come apart for cleaning. My old ones did not so after removing from the dishwasher, I would have to open them as far as they'd go and the blades near the hinge would still be dirty so I would have more cleaning to do. With these, you can pop them apart and then put the 2 halves into the dishwasher so they will come out perfectly clean.Will definitely be buying another pack or two so we can try to make red for meat, green for veggies, etc. and always have a pair or two clean when one is in the dishwasher. These are great.
