I ordered these ASKFISK charcoal activated air filters for one of my home HVAC vents because I couldn't find the size in stock at any of my local stores. They are really heavy and seem to be of a high quality. They weigh about 1/2 a pound each. And fitment is right on for my vent. Hopefully they will last and filter out my air better than the $4.99 filters that were previously in there.

I did not buy these to use with an air purification system, but to use with my custom air intake fan in my bedroom that draws fresh air. I setup the intake fan to use a standard HVAC16x16x1 filter, however air quality in my area has been terrible as of late due to wildfires. I modified my setup so that I could use this activated carbon filter together with my HVAC filter and it has made a huge difference in improving my air quality. My indoor HEPA air purification system no longer detects particulates in the air (light turns yellow or red when air quality is poor).
