Bought 1 year plan, switched from red pocket. Customer service is the biggest let down as none of the phone numbers worked and your option was to drop a voicemail for which I never got a call. I tried to activate online which initially did not work. Eventually worked, it asked for ICCID, activation code from the ICCID, phone number to port, account number/pin from prior provider, order ID which is your Amazon order ID (with or without dashes, their code trims dashes when making network call). My order was successful, however it took some time to port over. Since my port in was locked at red pocket it failed initially but then I emailed for a retry and it got ported within an hour or two. Had issue logging into my account and see if my phone plan data is visible, which took 1+ day to get it resolved over email. One big security issue that I can see is although they have 2FA for securing account, I can never get passed my email verification even though I am getting a link to verify which it does. So for those who cannot afford to loose your number, think again is it really worth your time.

I couldn't activate on line and had to contact the customer service. A bit of a language/cultural barrier, but the person on the other line was able to help me get activated. I'm glad I didn't have to wait to get a live person. Seems to be a problem with the amazon order number. Need to wait 12 hours to see if they resolved it. Will give an up date. Will leave at 4 stars for now.Update: The sim card was able to be activated. But when inserting it into my Iphone SE3 it was recognized as an unauthorized sim card. I test it on a Galaxy A14 and it worked fine. Now they are asking 24 hours to see what the issue is. Again, I got a CS person right away. No wait time.

I bought this phone plan to replace my previous red pocket plan with the same data since this plan is only half of the price in the promotion. Technically, the activation is easy and the connection speed is OK (10~20Mps). I also contacted customer service via chat to activate multiple lines in my account, it is efficient too. No complaints about this valuable plan so far.

Is’s so cheap that I thought it was a scam but everything worked like it is supposed to. I bought two more since then. Highly recommended!

I received the SIM card in two days Everything looked good and when I put the SIM card in it was easy and had no problems other than it was a SIM card pack not a phone pack for use phone usage.

I bought this very small plan for a specific use and yes the data was maxed and after that no texts were able to be sent either which is odd . Next month when it should have reset it no data, no texts, no talk. Put it in another phone put the proper apn info in and still nothing. Now on month 3 and customer service still has no got back to me.

Advertised 500mb data. I was unable to use data as a hot spot in my phone. After spending $7 and upgrading my data as instructed, still no hot spot. Added $10 to my wallet and was unable to use wallet money for the upgrade. Was told I could purchase "hot spot" for $5, still no hot spot. After several e-mails back and forth, I was told that I had to upgrade my plan to 1gb and then pay additional money for "hot spot". They refused to give me a credit or refund me any of the money I spent. TOTAL BAIT and SWITCH SCAM.

The SIM was shipped by a super slow USPS ground service. Although not expected until the 19th, It arrived on the 10th, 5 days after ordering. I was looking for an inexpensive service for my old phone. It's only a backup phone so 500mb a month and a little airtime is enough and with the bonus three months, it comes to $2.50/month. I don't think that can be matched anywhere. When I got my SIM, I went online and followed the directions to register. After entering all of the long numbers, email address, etc, it took me to a page where it wanted me to pick a plan and pay for it. I had already paid for my plan. I called Customer service and I gave them all of the IMEI numbers, sim numbers, and activation numbers. He was entering it as I had and got to the same page. I had to explain that I already paid for the plan. He excused himself to ask someone what to do. We started with the numbers again. After a while he excused himself again and again we started all over. After a half hour, he got it done but the phone did not have a signal. he said it activated and that he could not help anymore. He was also multitasking with another customer and spending more time with them than me. I agreed to say goodbye even though the phone still didn't have a signal. I decided to go up the road where I know that Verizon is stronger. That didn't help. I went through all of the advanced phone settings and found that one was set to GSM and not CDMA. Now my phone is a 2018 MotoX-4. Maybe a more modern phone would have set itself up properly. Previous to finding the setting, I was prepared and disappointed to be thinking that I would be returning the SIM. Fortunately, after a reset, I had signal bars and the phone was working. The email I got confirmed that I was subscribed for 6 months. The activation should have worked from the start and I shouldn't need to have more knowledge of phone settings than their customer service. I expect that they are not learning from my experience and fixing their web site for future prepaid Amazon sales. They also should keep a troubleshooting document updated for customers and have it accessible or ready to email. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with them and they will do the same again with the next customer. That is not a winning formula for a low-cost phone service provider. Because of the issues with getting the phone working, I would give 3 stars. However, that is too low considering that I just scored the least expensive phone service out there and it is now working.
