This is an even better quality product than what I was given at the doctor’s office. Provided comfort when wearing an air boot cast and then a shoe cast. Soft, breathable and helped with swelling.

Huge roll for a reasonable price. I use this as a sock for when I'm wearing my aircast after ankle surgery. Super soft, stretchable fabric.
