Your cart is empty.The 3M Scotch-Brite kit includes: (5) 3M 07445 Light Cleansing Pads for very light cleaning, (5) 3M 07447 General Purpose Hand Pads for scuffing before applying paint and primer surface, and (5) 07448 Ultra Fine Hand Pads for light cleaning, finishing of metal, plastic, composite and wood surfaces. The 3M 07445 pad has fine mineral for very light cleaning. Use with liquid detergents for wax mold deflashing, highlighting, and top coat rubbing of wood, cleaning of porcelain, stainless steel, chrome, painted surfaces and glass. The 3M 07447 pad is for scuffing before applying paint and primer-surfacer. Also used for used car reconditioning, cleaning upholstery, headlines and door pads, chrome and white wall tires. The 3M 07448 is an ultra fine hand pad for light cleaning, finishing of metal, plastic, composite and wood surfaces. For final sanding of primer-surfacer. Exactly like the pics described. A nice little box would be nicer. But, this way I saved money, I'm sure. Gonna separate and wrap them in ziploc bags for storage and I'm good to go. The pads are perfect for my use on the guitar neck.

I use these pads to remove stains and dirts together with 409 and achieve good results on the gel coat of my boat. Highly recommended for gel coat cleaning.

Great pads for metal finishing. Large size, so I cut them down to use with my hand pad holder. Durable and really work for a long time. 3M quality as always.

I found out about these pads from a YouTube video where I was trying to polish a satin finish watch buckle. The host recommended this value pack from Amazon, and boy, was he right. The pads arrived, I got the 7447 out, and 10 minutes later, the scratches were all gone, buckle like new, and I'm a happy camper. I cannot begin to tell you how many uses I have for these pads. Of course, I tried a plastic sponge thingy and steel wool first, and the sponge was useless, the steel wool shredded everywhere and was useless - and the fibers stuck in my hands just awfully. So, that was not the answer. I am so thrilled I bought these, and I have enough pads to last me for at least the foreseeable future. Highly, highly recommended.
