3M’s most aggressive floor stripping pad, the 3M™ High Productivity Pad 7300 is the best choice for removing four or more coats of finish buildup from hard floors. The stripping pad’s open construction allows stripping solution to circulate through the pad, reducing loading. Continuous nylon filaments, uniformly coated with resin and abrasive particles, provide consistently high performance throughout the life of the pad. It is available in round and rectangular sizes for rotary and automatic floor machines. For optimum conformability and pad-to-floor contact, the pad can be backed with a red buffing pad.
Floor stripping pads are designed to remove finish, sealer, and contaminants from floor surfaces before refinishing. Stripping is done at the start of maintenance/refinishing programs and at times when scrubbing will not achieve the desired results. 3M™ Stripping Pads have abrasive particles bonded throughout the web of fibers, while some competitor’s floor pads are only coated on the surface. Stripping pads, depending on the type of floor, finish, soil, and use, may be used with water-based floor-stripping solutions, with solvent-based solutions, or in dry stripping processes.

pads were too thin and way way too expensive.. almost 20$ each and thin...got others that were thick and only 6$. not even comparable fs.

It does what it says it will do. It removed my grout haze “from hell”. The haze was 2 years old. Floor is Travertine. It takes patience. It is also messy. Change you AC filters if you use the black pads. The pad is thinner than the older model but lasts longer and is more abrasive. Used with Oreck machine. Saved my floors.

These are garbage! We have a lot of experience using a commercial scrubber on our floors. These pads are thinner than most commercial grade pads. While they are very coarse the material is not very dense so these pads break apart very quickly. Within 10 minutes we blew through the first one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We are stuck with a box of these we can't use. Had to run to a local store to buy a real commercial grade pad. DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE!

I use these on a 20 inch machine to get a little extra coverage underneath kick plates and such... They work great and seem to have a much higher grit than the same model in the 20 inch size. I have a bunch of both pads in different sizes ranging from 7100 to 7300 and they are diffidently different... They worked well to do a strip and wax at three auto part store in Washington. I only bought these though because they were on sale for super super cheap as open box item.

The 3M 7300 pad is the most aggressive, less prone to plugging up pad out there!When used on an auto scrubber start out with the least amount of pressure until the pads have some wear on them as these pads cut!
