I ordered the 3 M Easy Trap flip Holder, very disappointed to receive a used and broken holder, missing the part on the holder where the handle is screwed on to. Also the product is broken at the area where the screw is supposed to hold the missing portion. Very dirty and used piece. I really wanted this item urgently and would like a replacement sent ASAP. Please see the pictures attached.
