It's easy to use and attaches paper cut out as well as pictures to scrapbook pages. As you can see in picture the bottom of the scrapbook page was attached with tape runner. Works great.

I’d never used this product before, and was just flabbergasted about how easy it is to use and how effective it is. I love it and highly recommend! I will say, however, that there’s not as much tape on each roll as I anticipated/wanted. I have now reordered to ensure I always have a stash for my scrapbooking activities.

This is great stuff. I saw it on a card making YouTube and thought it would be so much easier to use then glue. And, it is. You can also unstick it to make adjustments, but it does leave a sticky residue on the paper that will need to be covered. However, it also will keep things stuck on without any issues that I've found. It comes off a work table surface by just rubbing on it.

I bought a pack of three. Worked great. However, the second one I opened was EMPTY. Luckily I had one left to complete an important project. That's the first time I've had that happen with a 3M product, otherwise I'd have deducted one more star.
