Product Description

The 2L brake bleeder bottle is a sealed design and the top cap cannot be unscrewed. If forcibly unscrewed, the vacuum device cannot be formed.
Tips: Please read the precautions and instructions before use and purchase.
1. You need to have your own compressor and brake bleed kit to use together. Brake bleeder kit working pressure 40 to 170 PSI. If the compressor power is too high, the brake bleed kit cannot work properly.
2. Make sure that there is no pressure left inside the device. The air pressure can be released using the release valve pressure release by pulling the trigger. To lock on during quick release: requires pull the trigger to start bleeding.
3. Remove the cap on the top of the device and fill the device with new fluid, making sure that no old fluid or dirt remains in the tank. Empty the tank when not in use.
4. When cleaning the 2L reservoir, you need to pour water through the mouth of the jar and then pour it out. Do not unscrew the lid. If the 2L reservoir is unscrewed, the rubber ring will be damaged, resulting in air leakage when used again.
5. Please note that removal of the threaded silencer at the top will affect the sealing during using.
6. Pumping device, since the pressure inside the device is much less than the outside atmospheric pressure. If the pump is suddenly turned off, the oil in the pump will be sucked back into the device.
7. Do not unscrew the 2L brake bleeder bottle!
The 2L brake bleeder bottle is a sealed design and the top cap cannot be unscrewed. If forcibly unscrewed, the vacuum device cannot be formed.

Step 1:
Using a 1L refilling bottle to replenish the oil. Fill the refill bottle with new brake fluid. Make sure the refilling bottle is in the closed position.
(1) In the process of replenishing brake oil, use a rotating clamp to fix the replenishment bottle.
(2) Manually twist the on/off valve to control the flow/stop of brake fluid.

Step 2:
(1)Unscrew the oil screw and drain the oil from the pump in turn pers. With the vacuum pump ready, install the universal rubber adapter on the brake tube connector to connect the vent kit to the brake calipers.
(2)Connect com press ed air 40-170 psi by the nipple attached to the air compressor. Connect the 2L brake bleeder bottle and drain the oil.
(3)Plug the other end of the extraction tube into the master cylinder reservoir, Open the air valve of 2L brake bleeder bottle to create a vacuum to begin pull the trigger to start bleeding.
Please making sure that all connectors are tightened before using.
Note: You need to have your own compressor and brake bleed kit to use together.

Step 3:
(1)Fill the new brake fluid into the reflling bottle. Fix the botte on the vehiclel brake fluid reservoir and open the valve. Brake fluid begins to flow from the replenishment bottle.
Notice: Keep the reservoir being filled all the time in case the air goes into the brake system.
(2)Most important tip: Do not unscrew the 2L brake bleeder bottle!
The 2L brake bleeder bottle is a sealed design and the top cap cannot be unscrewed. If forcibly unscrewed, the vacuum device cannot be formed. Affect the use again.

Step 4:
(1)Deflate the brake system until the fluid flows smoothly and no air bubbles are visible in the vent pipe.
(2)Old brake fluid extracted out and new brake fuid is fled at the same time. Stop bleeding when you see the fuid runs clear and no bubbles are visible in the bleeder hose.
(3)Brake bleeding kit streamlines the task with hands-free operation and efficient air flow control.

Using a 1L refilling bottle to replenish the oil procedure:

Prevent Air Entry
Connect the silicone hose to the brake fluid kit before use. Check the connection of each hose to prevent air leakage.
Working Together
Connect the interface to the brake fluid bleeder kit, the compressor will be used during use, and work together.
Efficiently Operation
Power brake fluid bleeder kit with built-in silencer. Achieve smooth operation and experience quiet airflow control.

The 2L brake bleeder bottle is a sealed design and the top cap cannot be unscrewed. If forcibly unscrewed, the vacuum device cannot be formed or reinstalled.
Caution!
1. Please note that removing the top threaded silencer will affect the sealing of the application.
2. 2L reservoir, unscrewing the lid will result in damage to the rubber ring, and cause serious air leakage when used again.
