I've been using it on the handlebar of my electric scooter. It was sufficient with my earlier, small iPhone (if one was careful about insuring that each of the four corners were inserted as deeply as possible), and works even better (tighter grip) with my more standard-sized current phone. Haven't used the arm cuff or wristband yet.

I picked this up to experiment with running and biking with my iphone 12 for gps tracking, speed and running cadence. Used as wristband - Phone is above wristband by 1/4" due to how the mount attaches to band. causing phone to flop a bit, but was ok. used between my aero bars to use on bike - fit was ideal, though phone jiggled a bit due to it being mounted on the elastic band. bands holding phone to mount held well despite rough road. I will continue to use this until I find an alternative to my iphone for training tracking that does not break the bank.

velcro strap is not adjustable, so bad luck if your arm doesn't fit the very slim strip of velcro to hold it in place. Makes the product unusable

So my original review was a 2 star because the strap ripped the first month of use. Before I got one the year before and it lasted a little over a year but I can accept that since I'm constantly removing my phone every day doing deliveries (so I'm sure with regular commuters they'll definitely last longer)...I still used it months after the second one ripped because I can't stand the castle of returning stuff...then I decided to start leaving reviews on all my orders, but after leaving a 2 star n stating they ripped in less than a month I was shocked even past return date they emailed as ask to send me a new one!! Very rare on amazon in my experience....I'd say that's first class in treating your buyers in this day!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND dealing with them 👌

Like the fact it will fit wrist, forearm and bicep. Wore to the gym first time and it stayed in place really well. Also fitting for bicycle as well

Have tried several of these armbands. Many make it hard to get phone in and out of armband while wearing, this one was very easy to use once you played with it to get in and out of the slot on the armband. Easy to do while wearing with one hand and very secure on the armband as well as on the holder with straps. The straps are fantastic, they hold the phone (iPhone 15) very solidly and as important is how the straps sit on the phone which allow you to use the iPhone when you hold in your hand. Many others block use of key functions of the phone that do not allow you to easily use your phone when you take off the armband, this one does a great job of that. Ex the bar at the bottom of the iPhone that you swipe up to change screens is not blocked by the straps that hold the phone and make it easy to use phone when you have it in your hand and still on the strap but off the armband. I would recommend this one, especially if taking the phone off and wishing to use phone and putting back on the armband, which is key as to why I believe you would buy this type of device. The phone does pivot on the band and for me, the key to remove easily is to twist the phone horizontally on your arm to allow you to leverage your hand to pull up to remove phone from band while on your arm.

Becomes uncomfortable to wear especially once you start sweating, starts to itch and won’t stay in place unless its super tight, then cuts off circulation.

I bought this to help hold my phone when mowing and working in the yard. Having this and it being attached to my arm has made it safer to mow and kept my phone safe.The rubber that wraps around the corners of the phones is durable yet slightly stretchy.I would appreciate the band being smaller so it didn’t leave just large tan line marks.

I used this armband for a single 30-minute run, and it was an absolute disaster. Here’s what happened:Difficult to Adjust: Initially, it was hard to properly secure the Velcro. It felt loose, so I tightened it as much as I could. Unfortunately, the next day, I noticed it had been too tight—I now have soreness on my arm.Phone Damage: After my run, when I tried to remove the armband, it snapped out of my hand. My phone fell to the ground, shattering the screen. This was incredibly frustrating and expensive now to fix.T-Shirt Damage: The edges of the Velcro were so rough that they completely ruined my shirt, leaving it scratched and frayed.Overall, this product caused far more harm than good in just a few minutes of use. I regret this purchase and feel the company should be held accountable for the damage to my phone and shirt. I strongly advise against buying this product.

It's so awkward and completely unusable. If there were a front and a back mount it would have been better but because it's kind of on a post extended from your wrist it feels very awkward and unsecure

It fits great. It works great. Very comfortable. The only issue is I wear it all day at work to scan nft tags all throughout the day. Meaning I take it on and off a hundred times every day. Because of this the rubber inside the ring that clips to the band started tearing to pieces after the second day. Now it's as torn as I think it going to get(meaning the rubber is gone) so it has become a little looser than I would like, but still works great and I love it.
