I picked up this electric balloon pump to help with party decorations, and it definitely gets the job done! Inflating balloons is a breeze, but I do have a couple of minor gripes. First off, there’s no true “off” switch. If the switch is on “I,” it’s always pumping air, and in the “O” position, it goes into a mode where you have to push down on the nozzle to make it work. A little annoying if you just want to turn it off!Also, the noise level is quite the range—one side is super loud and obnoxious, while the other is so quiet it’s almost like watching paint dry. It’s painfully slow, too, so you’ll want to stick to the loud side for any real balloon inflating. For $34, I’d say it’s worth it, but if noise and speed are a concern for you, it might be worth looking into something with a bit more control. As an event planner and designer, I work with a variety of sized balloons 🎈. My latest installation called for smaller balloons (160Q’s). This balloon pump worked perfectly and very easy use! Plus there are so many additional attachments. I highly recommend it.
