It was really straightforward on how to put them together. I like that you can choose the light color. It is warm, daylight, or both. The thing I do not like is that the cords to the lights are big. I mean, big boxes. You cannot really hide those big boxes. The height can be adjusted. The stands arrived with scratches all over. With the scratches and the big boxes, it's definitely a turnoff.

These butterfly lamps are absolutely gorgeous! They would be the perfect addition to any home. I was so excited to put these up and they really light up a room. The biggest issue I have though is the fact that they tend to overheat. When it was plugged in and it was turned off the mechanism that turns the light on got really hot to the touch. So I don't think it's safe to have in my home. I'm so disappointed though cuz it's gorgeous so I'm going to see if I can find someone to rewire it for me.

Not as described in video but now I know why the bottom half is cropped out. The wiring hangs in plain sight and is not within the stem of mount. 2nd the wings are straight up and not able to adjust unless you force it. 3rd the butterfly does NOT rotate as shown in video. Last but not least the wiring part is cut and redone with electrical tape, the box got heated and if left on it seems like a Hugh fire hazard!

First let me start by saying the butterfly lights are very pretty. The height can be adjusted to your preferred height, or they can be hung up by hook that makes the butterfly body. The lights are in the wings, and they are nice & bright. With all that being said, they arrived with absolutely zero instructions, no papers at all. Not to mention the box was not packages well and the lights were breaking through with absolutely zero padding/protection. Everything was just thrown in the box making it extremely off balance. The base of the light is heavy duty so there is no issue with it being top heavy, which is nice. The poles are flimsy aluminum, and the electrical cord simply hangs down the sides rather than being inside the poles. the butterfly wings are metal; however, they don't seem to be flexible enough to adjust the wings, so they simply stay up in one position. The power button is on the cord with 2 options, cool or warm white lighting. I just cannot see how this price point is justified. These are poorly constructed & after all that being said, I would not recommend them.

I got these lights to use on my christmas tree and they are great. I didn’t want to go all out this year and wanted something minimal and this is perfect for my 9 foot tree. I wish both were different sizes, but I put one on the top and one on the side bottom and it looks great. It also comes with a stand to turn them into floor lamps.
