Your cart is empty.These standard type 410 stainless steel internal tooth lock washers are commonly used with pan or button style head screws. The internal teeth bite into the screw providing a tight grip. 400 series stainless steel is the industry standard for these type of locking washers. 400 series provides more strength than 300 series. These are stainless steel but are also mildly magnetic.

I work with exhaust for a living. I do exhaust manifolds and headers on a regular basis.These are great quality and can even be used on 10mm bolts and studs.Split lock washers can sometimes stretch and come apart. These won’t. These are also thinner than a traditional split/lock washer which can come in handy if the bolt is a little short or thick flange on a manifold or header.

If you need to use Stainless Steel Internal/External Star Lock Washers, type 420SS is harder, more durable, and provides better "locking" strength than type 304SS. Though 420 is SLIGHTLY less corrosion-resistant than 304, it is still PLENTY GOOD ENOUGH.
