Wanted to service my Holley 4160 600 CFM. I should have done a better job selecting the manufacturer and seller, because this thing failed at everything. Did not include the idle mixture needle screws or the seals that they must have. Only three gaskets (2 fuel bowls, and 1 metering block) actually fit. The single accelerator pump was splitting at the joint. The power valve can't ever open because the spring and diaphragm are 5 times stiffer than spec I could go on all day with the problems associated with this kit, but it would just make me feel more stupid. But I knew better than to buy anything "IMPORTED" from you-know-where.

The kit does not have the diaphragm for the vacuum secondary like most kits do which is annoying especially when considering that the kit is clearly for a vacuum secondary carburetor. (I did half expect this being that there isn't a diaphragm pictured)But the really annoying is that the kit was also missing the corks for sealing the idle mixture screws. That really would have been an issue had I not been lucky enough to have spares from another kit used on another carb a while back.The rubber grommets for sealing the vacuum diaphragm housing and choke housing to the vacuum ports on the carb body also left a lot to be desired. They would not sit in the recesses properly and we're constantly shifting and blocking the vacuum ports. Again, I had some spares from an old kit that saved the day.Overall a fairly decent quality kit shy of these 3 items. However, I gave it 3 stars only because I would have been in a bad spot had I not had remnants of a spare kit to save the day with

The package does not include instructions or specifications for float adj, etc. I found many of the gaskets to be a poor fit, being just a tiny bit too large- ex: Float bowl bolt gaskets, Choke thermostat and secondary bowl gasket. I did not find several needed gaskets for the choke vacuum port or the accelerator pump shooter. Finally, the float bowls are connected by a metal tube. The seals for this tube were too large and would not fit. I don't recommend this gasket set.
