I am hoping these work as advertised. We have four acres and there are plenty of deer that live on our land. I need to keep them from eating some of the plants. The first year we moved here I planted them a salad bar and they love me for it. Now I only plant near the house in the fenced areas but anything outside of that is theirs. Hopefully this will help those trees and bushes that are out in their zone from getting cropped to badly.

For a long time, we have been using bottle spray deer and rabbit repellent. We have a lot of hostas around the house and deer love them. We have never used deer repellent balls and wanted to try something different this year. As soon as I received/opened this order, I was struck by a powerful scent. Didn’t unwrap the repellent balls, since there’s still snow on the ground. I am impressed by the strong smell and the listing of natural ingredients. This product is very easy and safe to use not only around the flower gardens but also, next to vegetable gardens or hanging on fruit trees. It says that it is good even when used in heavy rain. I like the product but cannot state how effective it is until I am actually able to use it.

This has been working great for my wife's garden. She gets so upset because the deer and rabbits keep eating her pretty flowers. So far, they havent come back! It is made with natural ingredients like garlic oil, peppermint oil and whole egg solids) , so not harmful to kids or our dog. They are water resistant, sunproof and last up to 60-90 days! All big pluses. They are balls that you can hang on tree limbs or place right in the grass next to your veggies or flower bushes. Effective for up to 120 square feet from the repellent.

Our neighborhood is overrun by rabbits. They have been digging up my plants and eating electrical wires in my cars. I bought these in hopes of discouraging them. I stuck a couple around the areas they dig and near my car. It seems to have helped, but it also snowed, so maybe the rabbits are just taking shelter. Time will tell. They have a pretty powerful smell - kind of a combination of a moth ball and a urinal cake. It's not a horrible smell, but not something I can stand for long. I wouldn't open them inside the house.

This repellent seems to be effective this far; it contains several of the same ingredients in spray repellents, which I know to be effective from prior use. It should last longer than the sprays since this is a solid and won't wash away the first time it rains. Recommend based on my experience.

I never tried these before. I won't know how well they work until spring comes, my plants grow, and the deer come a'callin'.

These are very potent and I recommend keeping them in the garage or shed. It's almost bunny season and I do battle with them every year so I'm adding these to my array of other deterrents. I don't want to smell these so hopefully the rabbits won't either.
