If you have a power gear slim rack, get a back up motor. I have a Winnebago Tour 42QD (2013) and the front passenger side slide is notorious for motor failure even after upgrading from Schwintek to Slim Rack. This is partly due to the motor location and susceptibility to water getting in there. Get a backup and buy it here as it is significantly cheaper than what any RV repair guy is going to charge you.

I had a water leak and the 2 motors for the bedroom slide shorted out on my 2015 Itasca Sunova. I searched for options to the oem units and came across these, which were considerably less cost. There were few reviews on the product, but I took a chance and went ahead and ordered them. I had them shipped to the shop doing the repair and they were pleased with how well they installed and performed. I have extended the bedroom slide several times since the repair without issue.

The motor matched perfectly with the what I needed to replace. Installation only took a half hour! So far, it works as expected. I recommend this seller to anyone fixing their RV.
