Not sure yet that these shouldn't be called "bent" washers instead of "spring" washers. I needed this to provide tension on a kick start pedal on the kick start lever of a motorcycle so it could be swung out to start and then swung back in to stay out of the way. I was expecting something that resembled spring steel as opposed to looking simply like a bent zinc plated washer. It seems to be working but it also seems to be flattening out. The good thing is I had to buy a whole box of them so I can replace them as needed.
