I have some 8x12 and 8x8 paint by number canvases that won't fit around stretcher bars. When I have paintings like these that have narrow blank space around them too narrow to wrap around standard size stretcher bars or stretched canvases, these are just right to mount small canvases onto. I use double stick tape on the back of the canvas to secure them to one or two thicknesses of foam boards. Then I wrap the canvas tightly and either tape or staple them on the back. They're so light weight they can go up anywhere using just one Command Strip picture hanger.
