I had purchased similar liners last year from a local store and found they did not fit my planters well (short) and were also quite thin so I was looking for a replacement. These liners fit the bill. The window boxes I have are actually along the side of the deck and measure right at 36 inches with a curved bottom. Whereas the last set I bought felt slightly small, these are generously sized. I soaked them for about 15 minutes in water before placing them into the window boxes which allows for easier moulding to the box. While still damp, I then added the potting soil to fill out the form in full. These liners are considerably thicker than ones I've previously used so I feel confident they will help with moisture retention. Just waiting on the weather to warm up a bit before adding my annuals. To me, these are a great value for the cost, considering my past experience with other brands.

I ordered the 30” size for my window boxes. The bottoms of these liners are rounded and my window boxes have more of a squared bottom. By the time I pushed these down into the window box, the height of the liners was shorter than I would have preferred (pics). They are also thinner than previous coconut liners we have used. It’s too early to plant our spring flowers, but when we do, I will come back and update my review if the results affect the rating I gave it.

We have a planter attached to our railing in which we use to hang some annuals, and every year we have to buy a new coco liner from the local big box store since the old liner decays over time (and sometimes the birds steal from it to add to their nests, too). These are a fraction of the price of the ones we have been using, which makes them a good value, but they are also a bit thinner, especially in some places, so I'm concerned about how well they will last through the year. I thought maybe that was from just being vacuum sealed in a bag for shipping, but even after sitting out for a while they haven't bounced back much, so this isn't quite ideal, but still worth it.

This is a great value. When you receive the item you will need to put it back inshape. I would recommend doing this upon receipt. It works very well with water drainage

These liners arrived neatly packaged and folded carefully. They fit perfectly in my hangers on my privacy fence. Despite being a little thinner than I expected, they worked just as well as previous coirs I have used. I can’t wait to see all of my little blossoms when they come in. It’s spring where I am, so it’s time to get the gardening going!!

These are very nice and thick coco baskets. They measure 24" which would be great if my baskets were 24". My baskets are 30" and I ordered the 24" by mistake. My bad. I guess it gives me an excuse to buy a couple of 24" baskets for my porch. They're about 9" deep which is great and allows for more soil to be loaded in. I wish I had measured my baskets beforehand, but I didn't. These are a very nice quality coco liner.

This is my first time using coco liner troughs. From the information provided, they should absorb moisture and keeps the plants better hydrated allowing for more time between waterings. I am fairly new at gardening, so I am looking forward to trying them when spring comes and I can use them. I will update when I get the opportunity to use them.

It’s winter where I am now (5 degrees F!), so I’m not expecting to plant anything in my window boxes just yet. In fact, they are filled with artificial flowers. But Spring is coming soon! So while I can’t tell you how these will last in the long term, I can tell you how they look now.First, they will fit into my 30-inch window boxes. These are designed for boxes with square ends while mine have a more rounded end, but this material is flexible (and foldable), so I’m not worried about that. What is important is that they are neither too short or too long. The Coco fiber is pretty thick. In most places it blocks light from shining through (which means that in some places it’s thin enough to let light through, but that’s a minority of places). The height of the liner is plenty high for my box. I probably will trim some off some of the top and lay it in the bottom of the liner. That will give me something that will absorb even more water to keep my plants from drying out, so extra material is a good thing. That’s about all I have to say. If you don’t hear from me with an edited review they will have worked out fine during this year’s growing season.
