Purchase the top box cuz I saw that it was detachable + a lot easier to go about removing for off-road cases as I've broken lots of top cases off-roading the Box itself is good quality + is well designed. The bolts and nuts came stripped so that's one less thing you have to worry about. You can still use them. You just have to give lots of elbow grease. The original metal pins that they provide did not seem adequate for securing the box in place as they have significant margins of errors that I'm not comfortable with riding around. I instead used two metal brackets that I previously had and and inserted the bolts into there and tighten that way The Box can also fit full size helmet and comes with nice little pocket garments. I also didn't like how they put their sticker on the case since the actual lock is already branded. I would recommend this box if you daily a dual sport or a street bike. But every now and again you want to go full off-road or full Street mode and you can remove the box then very easily with just one knob
