This is the 2nd block heater (replacement for 1st 1 that went bad) to go bad I went to start the truck with this cold weather to go pick up a car wreck and the truck would not start very unhappy

I installed this heater kit in my Ford F350. It is so nice to have the engine warm-ish on these cold mornings and to know that it will start dependably without damaging anything.The kit itself was easy to install. It didn't come with any instructions, but I looked at another truck owned by a friend of mine and installed this in the same location. It was literally as easy as removing a plug and threading it into place. I didn't even lose much coolant in the process.The heater has a cord that is plenty long enough to reach through the grill of my truck. I was able to use nylon ties to strap the pigtail in place and just sneak the male cord end out where I can easily plug it into an extension cord. The rest was a snap. It heats up and keeps the engine in good form while everything else outside freezes.I wholeheartedly recommend this kit. It was simple to install and worked perfectly the first time. Order with confidence.
