Received these to mount an additional 3.5" HDD in a 5.25" bay. Bracket material itself is good, but, the supplied screws do not fit the bracket's pre-drilled and tapped holes. They will not tighten up to the HDD. Fortunately, I have a wide assortment of computer hardware fasteners. These brackets use a standard screw for an ODD. You would think, that the seller/supplier would have verified the fit, but NOOOOOOOOO, they didn't and probably could care less. I've been working on PCs for almost 40 years and this supplier is useless in my opinion.

The holes in the bracket were not tapped properly to allow the provided screws to tighten down. Based on the name of the manufacture, I knew I was taking a risk with this product but at least I'm only out a few bucks.

The screws included in the package will not mount the hard drive to the rails. They are WAY too small. Luckily I had a couple of the correct screws lying around. The rails themselves are adequate and do the job.

I needed 3.5" to 5.25" brackets due to a weird issue my PC case has where the from expansion bays are 3.5'' externally on the front cover, but the actual mounting points are 5.25'' internally on the chassis. (I don't think my case actually intends for you to install your own 3.5'' accessories but that's my problem)These did the job fine, excuse the odd angle they are installed at in the picture as it was necessary to make my card reader line up properly through the front panel.My only complaint is that the included mounting screws are fussy and wouldn't stick to my magnetic screwdriver, leaving to some "shaking my computer upside down to get a dropped screw to come back out" fun, but that's hardly the worst problem you can have.

Installing was a bit trick since the brackets a re shorter than expected. I think they should make it at the full 3.5in length, that way it is secure in the drive bay. I had to secure my drives with screws and the holes didnt line up perfectly. I was able to slightly bend the brackets so it being malleable is good. Overall I was able to utilize it, but if the design was improved, i would definetly recommend.
