Instructions were a little sketchey. Product works as addvertised once you figure out check valve placement. This is a transfer pump and requires water at the pump inlet and in the pump for start up, this requires check valves if the unit is turned off and on. Puts out a good stream of water through a hose nozzle. Bought the pick-up hose kit they have available, a little stiff but worked great. Check valve placement and initial priming are the key to make this system work.
