Three-Layer Design Pipeline
This 3/4" shop air line is constructed with a three-layer design(HDPE-aluminum-HDPE). The outer HDPE layer is resistant to corrosion, maintaining stability in various environments, including extreme high and low temperatures. It also ensures a smooth interior, minimizing pressure loss during airflow. The middle layer is made of aluminum, which provides the perfect balance of flexibility and strength, making it ideal for maintaining the structural integrity of air pressure pipelines.
4-Ways Manifold Block
Four interfaces on different surfaces of manifold block can help you meet various DIY requirements.Two brass plugs can close the outlet when not in use
Str Fittings
Used to connect pipelines with manifold block, equipped with O-rings and rubber sealing rings to prevent air leakage
Tee Fitting
It can help to separate a branch pipeline from the main pipeline.
90-Degree Fittings
When passes through the corner of the wall, L interface can help the pipeline get close to the wall.Save more space and be more stable.
Step 1
Use the included tubing cutter to cut the tube to the desired length, rotating wrist while cutting.
Step 2
Bevel the inside of the tubing by inserting the reaming tool and rotating it at least 3 full turns Use peg #25 for 3/4” tubing.
Step 3
Remove the nut and split ring from 3/4" tubing fitting, then put the nut and split ring on tubing.BotNutO-Ring. Insert the fitting into the tubing.
Step 4
Turn the nut until it is hand-tight,put a reference mark on the nut and fitting body,tighten nut with wrench a minimum 3/4 of a turn or until tight.

I stumbled onto this just trying it out , love the ease of it and the install. I’ve since bout a few more for jobs. Zero leaks , kit comes with everything you need.

Added this airline to plumbing my garage to my 60 gallon compressor. Worked great and no leaks. It can be a challenge to straighten out the aluminum core pipe. Take your time and it will work out well.

Very happy with this kit. Comes with everything you need. Still working on my install, but so far really like it. My only complaint is the screws they provide are useless. Every one of them break.

Far exceeded my expectations! FYI, use Teflon sealant AND tape on all fittings! These are not NPT and uses straight threads, meaning a little extra is needed to achieve a perfect seal. Not a complaint or concern, just a heads up for for perfect function.Otherwise, we used a 1” tubing straightener to straighten out the pipe. Easy to work with cuts easily using the included cutter.Had to get a few extra connections due to a few extra corners in our building, all of which easily sourced here on Amazon.I will say I am VERY impressed at the airtight connections of the main fittings. Rated at 300 psi, and not a single compression fitting was found to have any leakage using their recommended torque.The aluminum blocks for the end fittings are a very nice touch, and provide a very secure method of plugging in hoses.I’ll be purchasing another kit for our other building!After using this kit, I would absolutely urge anyone to NOT use PEX or PVC and purchase this kit designed for compressed air.
