My daughter just recently switched over to this style of tights after some other girls on her skating team got them and liked them. The velcro is of course the main selling point, so easy to get on and off over the boot. The material is much different than her old tight style- it is softer and warmer, and does not snag or get stretch holes like her old tights did. All the other girls on the team say the same thing- no holes. these last much longer.
