I received this and installed on new golf shaft. It was obvious the toe and lie angle did not match up with previous shaft. It turns out to be a LH adapter ( at least the one I received)

My fault completely, but I didn't notice I purchased a right handed adapter. After 2 rounds of hitting drives all over the place I dove a little deeper and luckily realized what was wrong. Settings for a lefty are completely backwards...from there easy fix.
