These bottles are perfect for fermentation! They function perfectly as described with two different seals so they can be changed if needed for your purposes. They are fairly easy to clean, though it should be noted they don’t come with a bottle brush. I purchased a different bottle to begin with and it didn’t seal and was a disappointment to lose my money and grains. They weigh as much as you’d imagine a glass bottle of this thickness. I don’t think you can beat the value for the money.

Excellent bottles for holding water keffir, and giving them a second fermentation. They hold pressure well, and haven't broken yet after a half year of use, except for one of the top metal parts flying off when opening an over-bubbly/fermented bottle of keffir. But it was easy to put back into place.

These bottles came just as described. They are a good size for storing liquid. I got them primarily to store rosemary water and haven’t really used them for anything else. You could put any kind of liquid in them I’m sure. I like the funnel that comes with them so I can easily get liquids into the opening of these bottles. I would recommend.

Can confirm these can hold up to fermentation pressures! Made ginger beer and tapache with these. They work quite well. Quick tip, keep the product box and packing foam and when fermenting stuff, store the bottles in the original box so that if somehow one of the bottles explodes, the box will keep the mess/glass contained.Only downside is the actual lids (and the metal bits securing it) aren’t the most well secured on the bottle. Anything with moderate or more pressure will cause the lid to fly off the bottle when opening.

Reviews for glass are always weird bc the company could do it's part and the delivery driver could throw the box but mine arrived perfect. The bottle quality is amazing and very easy to use. No leaks so far that I noticed nor received complaints from customers. The glass seems pretty thick. I will order again and I am fully aware that the next time I might not get as lucky and have to return for unbroken ones but I will factor in time for that and I am pleased for right now.

I bought these to do my second fermentation with my water kefir. They work great and I’m. Very happy with them! Would purchase again!Btw I had the top of the bottle fly off under the pressure of my kefir fermentation, but it easily went back on and didn’t damage anything on itself or the bottle! Remember to burp your fermenting kefir!

Nice sturdy bottles, easy to use and clean. Came with a silicone funnel and a cleaning brush which was nice.
