Who do I contact about having a replacement sent out? I just went out To sight my crossbow in and the 1st shot string snapped.

Got the string, was very excited, got it put on no problem. Sighting in my scope, fourth shot it snaps, pops me across the ear and face. Painful and dangerous. Don’t buy
