About a week after we purchased this fire pit, the paint started cracking like crackle paint, leaving rusty spots behind. It has been undercover and used once.I contacted the seller, who offered $100 credit to my account to buy spray paint and fix it myself. This wouldn’t be a problem if it were chipping underneath, but it is very obvious on the side.I contacted them for the return and exchange. I ordered the new one and paid full shipping.Now I am required to take the item to UPS and pay to have it shipped back, which is now costing over $200.00However, if I refer a friend, they would like to send a friend $40.00 off their purchase.It should have been replaced at no cost since it was defective.

This fire pit gets super hot so you’ll never be cold sitting around this guy. It looks nice and was easy to put together. My husband loves it.

Love, love, love! We appreciate the modern look, ease of use, and heat output of this fire pit. The cover to hide the propane tank is a bonus and acts as an additional side table. Appears to be built very well. It has a “turn knob” start which also adjusts the flame height and heat output.Do know that the higher the flame and the higher the heat output the faster you will go through a 5 gallon tank of propane.

I was hesitant because this product did not have any feedback before purchasing. Upon purchase, we set it up and it has been amazing thus far. I live in a three-story townhouse so it was a bit heavy carrying it to the rooftop, although once it was up there it was glorious. It definitely is much more for aesthetics rather than 'heat' specifically, but it does put off some heat and looks stunning. For the price and what you get with it (propane cover/grill) it is well worth the purchase. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to purchase this fire pit.

I bought this fire pit as a gift for my parents, knowing how much they’ll enjoy it during the upcoming winter. Although the rainy weather in the Bay Area has delayed setting it up, I was impressed by the glowing reviews this product has received, which gave me the confidence to choose it. The sleek and modern design is exactly what they need to elevate their outdoor space. I’m certain this fire pit will bring them warmth and joy, creating the perfect cozy atmosphere for the holiday season. Can't wait for them to experience it!

Very good value. Easy to put together and very attractive. Only complaint is that the surface scuffs up easily.
