Range/Stove/Oven Coil Surface Element 316442301 8-in
316442301 Range Coil Surface Element. This element features pigtail, looped ends. This element is 8" in diameter. This element is 2600 watts. This element coil has 5 turns. This surface element has a black centre medallion. The coil surface element supplies the heat to a cooking area on top of the range. No tools are required to replace this part. Simply pull the current element out to remove and slide the new element in, pressing firmly into place to secure.
"Y" Style Bracket
The range element replacement is a coil burner that has looped terminal ends to plug into the stove. It has a "Y" style bracket.

Fit stove connection. Was a replacement for melted plastic from setting mitt on burner. Never actually used it to cook, just as replacement to try to avoid apartment move out fees which worked. Size slightly different, but overall marginal

Has 1 extra coil than my original burner. That will heat up quicker. Excellent quality. If you need a burner, buy this.

This product is ok, it works like it should but since it is rounded and not flattened like the original ones, the pans just slide around. I read some of the reviews that said it was not level. Well mine is level but my pan slides and when that happens it is not level and really kind of unsafe. It could spill or tip, tonight it caused water to splash out. I would not purchase this product again. If they changed it and made it a flatter version that won't be so slipppery then I would be much more likely to purchase it again.
