I could make a joke about this motor that it was no great shakes, but that would be lying. In fact, it shakes real good. Its compact size and adjustable eccentric blocks make it perfect for all sorts of things, like a shaker table, a concrete screed, or a soil sifter. It has a nice long cord (about 9 feet), and its base is a heavy-duty casting with four nice long slots.

If you do any type of concrete mold work you need this vibrating unit. Will assist with removing air bubbles

Tried this out to replace my undersized 12v motor on a sieve shaker I built. This one has enough power for 5" and 8" sieves - I got a motor speed control from Harbor Freight to control it. I'm uncertain what the 2nd box on the cord is, if it's a fuse it doesn't seem to have a way to access it if it blows.
