After I wrote my less-than-favorable review, I was contacted by the vendor. They informed me that there was a one-year warranty and promptIy sent out a replacement pair, which are working fine. Thanks! think I had written a fairly positive review of these lights before. then last week, these two from my latest order would not take a charge and basically died. I know they weren't that expensive, but I still expected then to last for longer than this!

I like the USB charging, the motion activation, the light is bright enough to illuminate inside my closet. Installs easily with double sided tape, the light is easily removable for recharging and reinstalls easily.

This product by far is my best purchase. I think I’ve made through Amazon. I have ordered so many different lights and it just didn’t work out. Those lights were either not bright enough, you had to drill to be able to hang them up or you need a light to be able to see how to turn them on. Now these lights are perfect. Installation there is a magnetic flat metal that you use the adhesive and stick it to the wall or door or wherever you need this. I let it stay there for one day maybe but you don’t need it. The light is very light in weight. You just charge the light there are chargers just like there are the charger you use for cell phone. This will then magnetically attach to this magnet on the wall. It is motion sensitive if you walk past this or open the door, the light automatically goes on. This light really lights up the area like no other light that I’ve had. Did I mention that I love this purchase try it you’ll love it.

Hung these under my kitchen cabinets. The amount of light is great, the magnetic attachments work well and have good strength. While I like the fact that they are rechargeable using a micro usb, they die quickly even when not in use. Also, the motion sensor option isn't as sensitive as they need to be when placed under the cabinets and centered, which is a real design issue because, well, that's pretty much what their made for.Installation is simple. Double sided tape. And the brackets are small. Not visible unless you know they are there.Actively looking for a better option (harder than anticipated)... but they work in the short term.

Bought this for above my door frame in my shared apartment foyer so I didn’t have to leave my light on the whole time I’m not home but could still see when I needed to unlock my door. Then I bought 8 more for under my kitchen cabinets and in the hallway leading to my front door/living room. It’s the perfect tone of light and awesome brightness and they shut off on their own after so many seconds so they don’t waste energy and I can just walk around my kitchen/hall without having to turn any lights on. Also bought two extra to keep charged for backup that I can just switch out when they start to die and need recharged. That seems to be working well because I always have working lights. I didn’t have electricity at all for 17 months right before I bought these and would just recharge things at work so these would have definitely worked well for that as charging them really doesn’t take that long and they’re small and attach and reattach with a magnet so they’re super easy to swap out and charge. Definitely recommend. Now that I have electricity again I still don’t use the lighting that is permanently installed in my apartment and these light my kitchen/hallway/and foyer fine. Sometimes the motion timer will shut off and you have to move around a little again to get them all to light up again but there is an always on option also and not just auto so if you needed them to stay on consistently that’s an option.

I purchased the 8”, 2 pack, for $12.76 and I have since purchased 3 more sets. I’m finding many uses for them and so far they are working very well. I will say that one of them, in a high traffic area, seems to need a charge every other day. That is the only one of the 8 that I have to behave this way.Some were charged fully out of the box and some needed a charge. No biggie for me.They’re bright and that’s what I need. I have two in closets, a few in the back of electronics racks, a couple under cabinets. All of them provide plenty of light for my needs and are a huge improvement over no lights.The motion detectors seem to function well. I have one, that same one that needs charging a lot, that seems a bit spotty but the rest are very good. It may be that there is too much light in that room during the day.The metal bar that comes with it is thin and very bendable but the adhesive seems highly effective and the thinness of bar is nice once it’s mounted as it is hardly noticeable.So far so great. Might even pick up some more if they stay this price.
