These are built sturdy and look to hold up over the long haul. I used this to anchor into a concrete post to extend a clothesline.

If installed correctly these can hold some serious weight. We are using them to hold pool equipment but have used them in other cases to hold up lawn care equipment. They haven't slipped out yet and we have had them installed close to a year.

I installed 2 of these vertically up: first used 3/16 SDS bit to make a pilot hole ( hammer drill on hammer+drill) followed by the 3/8 SDS Plus bit, then 'dropped' this anchor into the hole and hand-tightened. Therefore, nothing snapped and everything is secure. I am using this for a light duty project, but the way the hooks are sitting in the hole - they ain't coming out! How did I live without these!!!(Incidentally, I also was unable to find an equivalent item in either of the (orange or navy) box home improvement stores.... Huh!)

While tightening the anchor bolts, they snapped on the inside, this happened to 4 of them. I got 1 out of 5 to work, i was not aggressive when tightening, they are not reliable to work with. I used one that worked not sure if i can return 4😕Seller gave me a refund with no problems. I have bought more from them.
