Charged before 1st use per instructions and unit worked. Diffuser is fun for playing with cats but point laser is useless, at 6 feet distance the point beam has a large straight line running a foot either side of it. Now a cat toy, I will look for a working point laser to use in presentations.

I bought this to use to play with my dogs outside as they chase the dot all over the yard in bright sunlight. It is very visible and easy for them to see in all kinds of terrain.

Product seems to have a short. Press button and nothing happens. Repeatedly pressing the button only flashes the light canāt get it to stay on.. got it just a few hours agoā¦

My husband loves it, it's pretty awesome and bright but the one I got him before was brighter. This one charges by a long vape battery but the case is well made and it's not heavy. Good for the price
