Very good freezer for the price. Only issue would be the tape to "protect" the finish; it is all over and, in some spots, unnecessary. Also, very hard to remove.

I bought this to have extra freezer space. It works well, keeps everything frozen, provides more space than I thought and is extremely quiet. It does have a bit of frost buildup, but it is negligible and totally manageable. Would highly recommend.

When my first freezer arrived it had been damaged in shipping. I contacted the company to resolve the problem. They were great. My new freezer arrived and it is running beautifully. It was everything I expected in a small freezer. The shelves are great, it hold a surprising amount of food. It is quiet while it runs. I am very happy with my purchase

This freezer regularly makes a loud pop sound that is disturbing enough it needs to be returned. Not an ideal return as I now need to find packaging for it, load it in a vehicle, take it to a return drop off place, and unload it and carry it in there. That is not an experience I should have paid this much money for. It was delivered to my door. The right thing to do is for the seller to pick it up at my door. Disappointed to say the least.

As another person said, the door cannot be reversed. The top bracket could be but there is no way to reverse the bottom bracket. The bottom bracket was poorly designed. The plastic adhered to the top, sides and front is very difficult to remove and nearly impossible to it all off. It was applied before the freezer was assembled. If you use a pair of tweezers you can carefully scratch between the plastic and metal and get it mostly off and not visible without scratching up the door.Overall, other than the 2 problems outlined above it seems to be a nice freezer.

It fits perfect under our cabinet and is perfect size for what we needed it for. Seems to be working great. Only negative was the packaging was a pain to get off freezer.

I have a dedicated area in my kitchen for my cookie business. I was able to put this freezer where an old wine cooler had previously been. I use it to store all my icing, butter, and extra dough. I will say that I have had some issues with frost forming, but it isn't a horrible inconvenience...just kind of annoying when I am taking stuff out and my hand hits it.
