POLLY ric rac has a stiff, strong feel, and comes on a cute wooden spool. Each spool has 3 meters of trim on it, which is just over 3 yards. The tape itself is about 5/16" wide (7-8mm), and when the up and down undulation is considered, it's about 1/2" (12mm) from the highest to lowest point. 100% Polyester. We also have POLLY ric rac in an 5mm width.

The last 18 inches of the rick rack was tied together on the first spool. Thank goodness the clown costumes I make are made from remnants and I occasionally need to sew pieces together. It worked out great.

I don't recommend using this product on clothing or anything that may need to be ironed. Unless your after that flat, burned, smudged plastic look.

Cute and good quality ric rac ribbon. A little chunkier than typical ric rac. Shipping took forever though.

I think the weight of the wooden spools cost more to mail as the shipping was expensive. The quality of the ribbon was great and colors were as advertised.
