I bought these because I wanted to store index cards when I'm done with them after writing a book based on the information on the index cards. I finished the first book and the index cards fit perfectly in just one slot so I can keep them together. I'm glad I found these.

This was perfect for my index cards. I was hoping something like this existed. I love the quality and the front and back clear pages.

Got these card holders to use next semester. They are small plastic binders (one black, and one clear) with index card sleeves. Good for keeping index card recipies or for index card study guides. I dont see a way to stand them up on their own so not really that sturdy. But thats not a deal breaker for me, I still like them. Good value for your money.

I'm writing fiction and these index card holders are perfect for storyboarding. Easy to get cards in and out. Sometimes I re-sort them and shuffle them. Not difficult at all. Great product.

Excellent for holding my home-made rules summary cards and player aids for board games. Never go back to the rulebook again! I even have the same flash cards they show in the photo. Good quality construction, no rips so far. I prefer the clear cover for these binders. I actually cut off the black cover of the second binder in order to always have the first and last two flash cards visible. That way, before game night, I can fish the relevant cards from the center of the binder according to the game we are playing, and place them on those four slots that are easiest to see.

My kid (11.5yo) loves to create card games using index cards, and he has made (or at least started making) so many of them now that I couldn't help but be intrigued when I stumbled upon this item. Could this product help him organize himself enough to actually get one of his card games to the point where it's actually playable? He began testing the product by putting his newest game cards into it. He was delighted to discover that there are pockets on both sides of the pages, and that each pocket can hold several cards without problems (which is handy when there are multiple copies of the same card). He very much liked being able to flip through and see all the different cards he has made so far.The cover seems decently sturdy, though I worry that the folded parts of the clasp might break over time. I like the translucent style a lot. Would've loved to have more choices of colours/transparency.The pages themselves feel decently strong, which I imagine is helpful for preventing the cards from being folded or damaged. The pockets seem kinda flimsy, though. I imagine that might be because they have to be quite thin for maximal transparency. I do think the pockets are probably the weakest part of this, probably likely to tear with repeated use... though none have torn so far.The main thing I don't like is that the pages are fixed into the binding. That means rearranging can only be done by removing the cards from the pages, and there's no upsizing if more spaces are needed nor downsizing if the book is deemed complete without filling all the pages. Plus, if any of the pages get wrecked, they can't be easily removed... I suppose I'd have to cut the page out.Overall, though, I think this product seems pretty good, even if mostly just serving as a proof of concept to help us figure out what we want from similar products in the future.

Using index cards to organize information is an effective method for study or organizing material for an essay, paper or book. This index card holder is a relatively inexpensive organizational tool which enhances efficiency and helps prevent the loss or damage of important note cards, making it a worthwhile investment. The cards are held securely in place, yet easily accessible when needed. This feature is particularly handy during meetings, study sessions, or any situation where quick access to information is crucial. Using index cards is very useful way to organize and reorganize information and this will help you keep them organized long enough to rearrange them to more clearly organize the thoughts that they represent. You can arrange the cards like mind maps or (depending on the information on each card) like paragraphs in an essay or perhaps sentences in a paragraph.

These are fabulous, perfect for the standard recipe card, or photos or whatever will fit in this pocket. I originally intended to put my food recipes in one of them but they are all on the big recipe cards and as you can see in the photos, they don't fit. But the little ones fit and I had a box full of them with my lotion & potion ingredients info on them so I filled one book with just those. The cards slide in from the spine side and that prevents them from slipping out on you in future although it is sometimes awkward sliding them in on that side. The transparent vinyl is durable, I did not rip any at all filling the entire book. The snap closure functions well and snaps easily. I like that the cover on one is transparent so you can see at a glance what's inside. The other probably best with photos so light doesn't get to them and make them fade.I really like this idea for recipe cards rather than a box as we've always stored them in. Much easier to flip through and find what you want! I highly recommend.

I got this hoping to use it to store sticker inventory for sale at cons. Unfortunately, the pockets are much too thin to store more than a few in each, and the way they're sealed on the edges would make it easily tear with too much use. These remind me of the old photo albums I had as a kid, and it would indeed work well for small photos and index cards (Though it has to be the smaller index cards to fit!)While my original idea didn't work, I did find that these are well suited for displaying anything flat and small. I was able to fit an array of stickers and scrapbooking bits and bobs I had otherwise in a way that displays most of them nicely and thus makes it easier to pick something for use. I am slightly concerned at the ability to fish things out from deeper in each pocket, because pushing them in all the way did seem to begin to tear apart the pocket, so care will have to be taken if used this way.I also tried putting business cards in and found they comfortably fit the length of a card, so you can slot two per pocket, either leaving one side empty to see both sides of the card, or for one-sided cards you can use both sides of a sheet. They also work for displaying other kinds of cards, be it trading cards or the like. Though there's no separation, the thin-ness of the pocket makes cardstock not easily slide behind each other, thus maintaining them separate for viewing. The outer material is sturdy but thin plastic, and it seems like there's enough space on the binding clip to allow for plenty of filling and still close properly. I am concerned about how the clip tab has bends to give it flexibility. It looks like with rough-handling and daily use, it could tear rather easily where the bends are. This gives me concerns for longevity, which is why I've docked a star.
