These did not do as much as I was hoping. They did make a difference, just not a large one.Worth trying, but fair warning, they reduce sound, they do not eradicate it.

I have a large air compressor at the shop I was looking to quiet down a bit. A lot of the noise of the air compressor was coming from it vibrating on the floor and passing that vibration into the shelving near it. These anti vibration pads worked perfectly to solve that issue! They are strong enough to hold the weight of the air compressor yet compliant enough to reduce the vibration. The noise created around the air compressor from its vibration is greatly reduce after installing these pads.

I wasn't paying a huge amount of attention to the dimensions when I ordered these. I saw "3D printer" in the description and thought they'd be a good way to make my Ender 3 stop making noises resonate through my tabletop. These things are wayyyy too large and too stiff for that purpose. There's no difference between having my little printer directly on the table or having it on top of these on top of the table. Now that my own negligence and stupidity is out of the way:What these pads are ACTUALLY suitable for are things like appliances. They'd be perfect for a clothes washer or dryer. Something in that size range. The description mentions air compressors and that makes perfect sense to me.One thing I was a little surprised about is that the center hole is drilled straight through, with no countersink for a bolt head or anything, but keeping the design of these rubber pads simple probably does increase their versatility.

These appear to be of high quality. Don't stink like some other pads sometimes do. These are heavier than the application I was planning on, but down the road, an 80-gallon air compressor will be sitting on these. I can nearly bend them and can't compress them at all with my fingers. Reading the description closer, these are for something that weighs about a ton. Cutting them down for your application will likely be a must. I will likely be cutting one pad into quarters for my air compressor.100% recommended for heavy applications.

These things come out of the package smelling of burnt new tires. I suppose that makes sense, but it was more potent than expected. They’re also significantly harder than expected. I’m a fairly big/strong guy and I could barely flex them. I suppose it’s the grooves that do most of the isolation work, which did seem softer. The grooves run in opposite directions top and bottom, like if they’re horizontal on top, they’re be vertical on bottom. That should help them to absorb impacts in all directions. As with many other reviewers, my usage case is a little unusual. My bedroom is under my wife’s sewing room. The sound from her sewing machine transmits an absolute racket down to my bed, so I needed something to dampen those consistent impacts. Instead of trying to isolate the machine, I’ll have to use these to isolate the entire table. If that doesn’t work, they’ll serve well under an 18” theater sub build I’m struggling to find time to build.

These ALL TOOL DEPOT vibration isolation pads are truly super duty!! They are dense, thick, and come with a predrilled hole making these super easy to use. I'm using these under a heavy 600lb welding machine to reduce vibration and noise levels on the trailer its mounted on. Per description, these pads are good for up 540 lbs! They function perfect and are holding up well. They do have a strong smell that gases off after a couple of days. Good value for the quality and the more you order the more economical each pad gets.

I have a speedaire 60 gallon air compressor in my shop that makes quite a bit of noise. Prior to ordering these isolation blocks I had cut some inner tube material to put under its feet in an attempt to quiet it down. They didn’t work all that well. These blocks are heavy duty. Thy easily carry the weight of the compressor without deforming the blocks, it must weigh 150lbs or more on 3 feet. They actually work. While I can’t do much about the motor or compressor noise they have virtually eliminated the additional noise caused by the compressor resting directly on the concrete floor. The tank is a big cast iron noise amplifier so eliminating that noise is a big deal for my personal comfort. I’m sure my neighbors will appreciate them when I’m working on my project late at night as well.My tank doesn’t vibrate around a ton and it’s heavy as all get out so there isn’t any need to secure them to the feet. Installation was as simple as leaning it over and putting a block under each foot.As an added benefit my drain valve is an inch higher than it used to be. It was difficult to deal with before and an extra inch helps out a lot. I’ll probably be more diligent about draining it now that it’s not such a pain.

I've tried several solutions to quiet down my Bambu Labs A1 printer and these isolation pads are by far the most effective. Cut my printer noise by at least 50% - I can barely hear it running in the next room now. The dense rubber construction really absorbs vibrations that would normally transfer through my desk. I was skeptical about the pre-drilled mounting holes, but they lined up with my printer's feet. Installation took maybe 2 minutes and the difference was immediate. These are a no-brainer if printer noise is bothering you or others in your house.
