Price is right, nice, satisfying, stiff, and tactile clicks into each position, fit without an issue, easy installation assuming you have access to a soldering iron. Massive upgrade over the standard import switch that came with my axe.

It has the form and function, and the switch is just like the original Fender switch. EXCEPT... beware the screws used to hold this one in place are larger than the originals. You will have to drill out the screw holes on your guitar mounting plate in order to use the screws for this switch. That's not a big technical challenge, but I rather expected a drop-in replacement. Maybe my guitar is too old and the newer ones there's no problem. Mine is a Japan-made '88 Telecaster if that helps anyone. Also, the black hat part of your switch won't fit either. You have to wallow it out in order to go over the switch part that sticks out once you've installed it. Again, not a huge technical challenge but something to know.Functionally, it works just the way a three way bridge switch should. My Beast is back!

It’s hard to tell just by looking at it exactly how everything connects, so I had to search around online quite a bit to find instructions on how to wire it. Once I had it figured out, though, it made sense and was fairly straightforward. Seems to be holding up well. Switch is easy to move but feels secure in each position. It just would have saved me a lot of time if it had come with a diagram of any kind, or even a link to a website for the different wiring options.
