I bought these for my 10-month-old female kitten (in heat and "marking" territories). The fruit in a size small (She is petite). Easy to use, just slip it over the neck using the adjustable strap. put tail through the opening and Velcro under the belly. At first, she had it on for at least 30 minutes until I saw her again and the Velcro was undone, and the strap was down by her backside. This could be because I didn't tighten it too tight because it goes around the neck area. Unfortunately, she didn't urinate while in the panties so i wasn't able to test the leak proof and absorbency. Guess I can test that with water? lol. Overall, I love the look and ease of use ( if i could change one thing, it would be the strap around the neck. it has me nervous).

I got these because my elderly pomeranian is very dramatic and acts like she's being murdered when I try to put on a normal dog diaper. These are super easy to get on and off to let her go outside and she doesn't struggle as much. I love the design, but some of the material is less than ideal. The strap is thin and ends up twisting so the plastic adjuster gets caught in her fur a lot. The velcro also isn't very strong, so if you don't really stick it just right and pretty much massage it together, it tends to come undone. I definitely don't regret getting these, but I feel like there's room for improvement

My senior pug had health issues and was having multiple accidents per day. We tried traditional doggy diapers, but they were so hard to get on, and they would fall off, and my pug did not like wearing the diapers at all. We also tried reusable diapers with velcro, but they were hard to put on and did not stay on. Fortunately, I found these suspender type diapers. They stay on my pug, are comfortable for her to move around in, are made of soft material, and stay in place, for the most part. I used women's sanitary pads for liners which worked well. The adhesive backed liners adhered to the bottom part. The suspender went around my pug's neck/chest, the tail went through the hole, and then the velcro was fastened to securely hold the liner in place. Occasionally the velcro did not stay firmly secured and safety pins were needed. I washed the diapers daily, both by hand and washer/dryer. The diapers washed and dried well. The clever suspender design is the game changer. Overall, this product was a great solution for our pug when she really needed it.

I was hoping to find a lightweight diaper wrap to better keep our dog's diaper in place. This product looked great, but I can't give it more than two stars for two reasons:1) The neck strap is flimsy and a bit stretchy. It also lengthens quite easily. I was worried that my dog would loosen it during the night and end up getting stuck in it.2) The sizing chart is either incorrect or confusing. Here are the actual measurements of the XL size I received:- Neck circumference: minimum 18 inches, maximum 31 inches (assuming the back piece sits right at the back of the neck). The product description lists a range of 19 to 25 inches.- Back piece length: 13 inches, measured from the top of the tail hole. The product description lists it as 16 to 19 inches. This means the back piece sits lower on the dog's back (more like tail to mid-back), necessitating longer neck straps. While this isn't a deal-breaker in itself, the flimsy, stretchy neck straps make me uneasy about lengthening them too much.- Bust circumference: The product includes matching velcro pieces (each 2 inches long). With perfect alignment, the circumference is about 28 inches. Adjusting the velcro allows a range of approximately 24 to 32 inches. The product description claims 19 to 25 inches. This measurement is particularly off. Even when tightened as much as possible, a significant gap remained between the pants and our dog's belly. Adding a diaper didn't improve the fit sufficiently either.Perhaps this product works better for smaller dogs with shorter backs. However, the XL size we received was completely unsuitable for our dog.The sole redeeming factor is the full refund policy, even after opening the vacuum-sealed bag and trying one on our dog.

I was looking for something to keep my dogs diapers from falling off. This works perfectly! The material is soft and stretchy. Easy to put on.I ordered the x-large for my medium sized Pitbull since the reviews said that they run very small. It fits her perfectly. I can't speak on the absorbency since I am using it as a cover for her disposable diapers but it seems to be easy to clean. I would probably not use it without a disposable diaper or a human maxi pad.UPDATE,,,,, I am now using these for my Frenchie who is in heat. She is about 21-22 lbs. I had the size small from when she was a puppy that she never used and those were way too small. So I ordered size large and they were way too big. So then I ordered the size medium, and they fit her perfectly! Absolutely love these diaper covers! I am using them with period pads made for humans and it works very well.
