Worked for our Breville Convection/Toaster oven after I accidentally was a little aggressive cleaning it with oven cleaner. Saved me a ton of money not having to replace the unit!

Our 15+ year old Breville BOV800Xl died suddenly. (Nothing on LCD display). I did an internet search, and viewed YouTube videos. The consensus of opinion was that a thermal fuse in the Breville had blown.I read here in Amazon reviews that this fuse, with this specific cut out was the part to get.I ordered it ( it came in a pack of 3 ). At checkout, Amazon suggested crimp connectors (Allstar Performance ALL76000 Non-Insulated Butt Connector, Pack of 20 ) so I ordered those, as well. (I'm glad I did).I watched YouTube videos showing how to open the Breville and showed where the thermal fuse was located and how to get to it.I located it and cut it out at its crimp connector, and then I used the connectors that I bought here to replace the thermal fuse. The new fuses appear to be EXACTLY same as the old blown fuse. (see photo). It took me about 2.5 hours to dissassemble the Breville, remove the old fuse, install the new fuse, and close the Breville up. (There are A LOT of little screws). My Breville is now up and running!

This simple device was all that was needed to fix the heater in the bathroom ceiling light/fan/heater. I first requested a handyman from a popular handyman internet source, but when I received an estimate of over $400, I just researched YouTube and found that this fuse was probably all that was needed. So, I bought this simple part and fixed it myself. Thanks Amazon, Vigor and thanks YouTube!

This fuse was just what I needed to repair a Breville toaster oven. If you are in need of a fuse this size/capacity, this is for you.

Easy to use. Specs perfectly matched the one I was replacing in a Breville Smart toaster oven. Oven had no power when plugged in and would not turn on. Replaced the thermal fuse with this item and it worked perfectly. Only difficult thing was that the toaster oven had lots and lots of screws to remove to open it up and get tonthe fuse. If you use crimp style butt connectors, there's no soldering necessary.

My breville oven blew a thermal fuse. I did the YouTube how to fix it search and these fuses were recommended. I ordered them and they arrived quickly. Taking my breville apart was no the most fun I’ve ever had, but the repair went well and the fuse was perfect.

I have a 800XL which died and found out the issue is this fuse. When I saw others here reporting it worked, I decided to get this pack of three fuses. The one I used worked perfectly, saving me a few hundred dollars. Took about an hour to fix, lots of screws and stuff to remove. I found a site on the web showing this pretty much step by step (do a Google search for "Fix your Breville Smart Oven by replacing the thermal fuse | Virantha") He shows most of the steps. Most difficult part is just getting the back off. Lots of screws, take off the feet unit (6 screws each), then you can access the left side where the fuse resides inside a bracket behind some white material that looks like a thick napkin.Once the back was open, I had to cut away some white insulation that looked like a thick napkin. I read about the fuse being behind this white stuff on another page so I wanted to mention that here. The white wire is hooked into a bracket but I didn't have to remove the bracket (from the inside as instructed), the wire came out from it's holding easily. It seems Breville may have changed the design a tad, mine is only three years old.I've never installed a fuse before nor knew how to remove or clamp the new one but figured it out: I pulled the white covering back and saw wiring. Then some clamps holding the bad fuse. Got a pack of them here on Amazon, search for: Allstar Performance ALL76000 Non-Insulated Butt Connector, Pack of 20by AllstarYou only need two of these clamps, you'll have two fuses and 18 clamps leftover. I decide just to cut the wire itself on either end to remove the old fuse, strip just a bit of the white away to expose more wire. As for the clamps, I inserted one end in the in the wire fuse and used a pair of wire cutters that had crimpers to lock that side down. Ditto on the other side with the wire. I heard it's important to make sure the direction of the new fuse matches the old, so before cutting it off, I used a sharpie to mark the correct directions. Before putting the entire unit back (and you're right, soooo many screws and time to do so), I plugged in the unit. IT WORKED! Put everything back together and made some toast. So far, so good, it booted up and worked with heat generated in the oven. I hope this lasts a few years.
