IF TOO TIGHT

Use needle nose pliers to push the back clips together until you achieve the desired fit. Be very careful as to not crush the shape of the clips.

Nice quality, easy to use, hold earrings up, but they do get turned around. Meaning, they don’t always stay vertical. I did have them spin on the earring post and had to adjust them a few times. They are comfortable to wear.

Out of 3 pairs earrings lifters/backs for droopy ears, I can use only one pair which works pretty well. The holes in the other 2 pair are way too small and I cannot get even my skinniest earring studs to go through the holes.

Do not buy this product! Instead use a back pictured on the other earring in my review. It works just as well and doesn't fall off.It's too easy for this earring back to tilt while wearing (from your hair getting caught, wearing a winter cap, hugging people) then the back falls off and eventually the earring can work its way out of your ear.I've worn these a few months now and the back fell off a few times at my house. Fortunately I heard it fall on the floor. I figured user error so was very careful when putting it on, and tightened the back.It happened again, the back tilted and fell off again, this time out at an event where there were a lot of hugs hello and goodbye, causing me to loose my earring. Fortunately I found it a few hours later.Don't buy these. Try a different style.

Got these to use with my wedding earrings, and for once the earrings sat flush with my ears without looking like they were going to fall off! I also have very sensitive skin, so the fact that I was able to wear them for several hours (7+) until the end of the night without any issues was a plus! Also, my earrings have a thicker post than most commercially sold earrings and these earring backs slipped on them perfectly, but held on securely. 10/10 recommend!

My earlobes have been somewhat stretched out over time, which has caused my earrings to hang incorrectly and cause them to droop. That problem has been magnificently resolved by using these lifters. They operate by holding the earring back in a higher position on the earlobe, which gives the illusion of the earlobe being raised and is more attractive. The earring lifters are very user-friendly and simple to use. Simply put them onto the earring post, then insert your earring through the hole in the lifter. That's all there is to it! They are suitable for use with a broad variety of earring designs, from studs to dangles, and the 8mm size is an excellent fit for the majority of earring backs. In addition, the set comes with three pairs total: two silver and one gold, so you may use them with whatever jewelry you own. Now that I have greater self-assurance, I don't mind wearing my favorite earrings, which are heavier. Once the lifters are in position, I rarely even realize that I'm wearing them because of how light and comfy they are. My earrings don't hang down and remain in place, giving the impression that I've put more effort into my appearance than I really have. Despite the fact that I have sensitive skin, these lifters have not irritated or otherwise made me uncomfortable. Because of this, I am able to store them for lengthy periods of time without encountering any problems. If you have fine motor skills, these lifters might be a little bit challenging to connect to the earring posts at times, which is the only little disadvantage I've had with them thus far. Having said that, it does get less difficult with some experience.
