I’d give em a. 4 and a half but I can’t figure out how to do a half. The size guide didn’t help me much. I’m 5’6-7” about 150 “athetic” and so was recommended to get a medium - too big (as my son said when we went swimming, I have muscles 2 pack) got a slightly less dad bod. As for the cost and quality/value for money, it’s there. Shirt is perfect for working out and/or using as an undershirt. Thin, cool material. Returning to get a size small, but I have an awkward build that’s hard to find the perfect fit in most brands. Even small Nautica shirts now I either “swim” in or fit just right. Overall, good product for the money.
